# Reset a user's password

{% hint style="info" %}
This guide is for **Admins** who have permission to make these changes.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
Although **Admins** can assist users in resetting their passwords, it is recommended that users reset their own passwords by selecting **Forgot Password** when signing in.
{% endhint %}

You can reset a user's password by navigating to your profile icon and selecting **Manage users**.&#x20;

Select the menu icon <img src="https://content.gitbook.com/content/8YrnbufMoM0F8ne1PWTU/blobs/3JunCy85NZ9hBOnc4g5h/three-dots.png" alt="" data-size="line"> next to the user, then select **Reset password**. You will need to create a new password for the user. Once the password is created, you must send the password to the user.

{% hint style="success" %}
The user would use this password to sign in and update their password to regain access to their account.&#x20;
{% endhint %}
