If you are an Org Admin you can invite new users to your organization.
If you are an Org Admin, you will see a tag in your user profile dropdown under your email address.
Complete the following steps:
Click on your profile icon and select Invite Users.
Enter the Email Addresses of the users you want to add to the organization
Select Org Admin so they have more rights in the app if you are doing an evaluation.
Keep the default All existing workspaces to invite new users to every existing workspace except personal workspaces
Click on Send Invitation
If your colleague did not receive an invitation email, go back to the Invite Users page; in the Pending Invitations list, click the user menu and Show Invitation Link. You can send that link directly to the invited user for example over Slack or Microsoft Teams.
